Just think of all that wasted time you spend sleeping and eating. If you gave those up you could really make progress! Hmmm..... smilies seem to be broken. At least they don't inset when you click on one when composing a message. (No pressure from me, I'm just trying to help by identifying problems) I sympathise with you. I'm an IT guy myself. I do system and network support for a large auto maker.
