Interesting thread on the bateau2 forum about canoe/kayak sailing kits. It just so happens that I was looking at the CLC catalogue last night and imagining a trimaran or prao conversion on a modified Orca21 (open cockpit with drop in rowing rig).

Carbon fibre sailboard mast and cut down second hand Mylar sailboard sail as power.

The ultimate fine weather beach cruiser?
