Hi Guys,

I started building this boat about a month ago on my day off off work.

She was a custom desing for me as a dedicated, high performance fishing kayak that I plan to use through serious surf to paddle several miles off shore targeting pelagic fish.

To this end I needed a boat with real Sea kayak like performance but with the fishability of a Sit on Top.

My building methods are a little different to those specified in Matt's build instructions but i find they work for me.

Below is a photo story of my progress to date.

Strong back built and Temp hull frames in place and aligned (string line and spirit level)
